Money Market Account Rates

A savings account is a cross between a savings account and a checking account. You can make a higher rate of interest on the money in your account as you would in a traditional savings or checking account. They are usually required to have a higher minimum balance in an account. If they are below the required minimum in your account, you must pay a fee. A money market fund is better than a CD if you need to access their accounts and withdraw money without penalty.
